"Never a Dull Day” From the
“Imagine” Series – 2009 "Never a Dull Day" is a reference to the never-ending daily drama that we all face. It also brings to light the battles between good and evil, light and darkness, and the struggle to maintain some sanity and happiness during periods of sadness and despair. |

My work has always been a way for me to get my emotions, and sometimes madness, out of my mind and into a form that is real and tangible for me. I never start a painting with an "object" or "metaphor" in mind, just the colors of feelings and emotions. I try to convey my emotion through the colors that I choose and the madness through their movement and interaction with one another. Also, many of the titles of my paintings are not intended as a reference for the viewer, rather they are more about My thoughts and feelings at the time of their completion.
